Australia Day.

So, it was Australia Day and we decided to bring together a group of mountain bikers and have a bbq, and then work on a private backyard pumptrack.

Sim, head chef
Mmm, bacon

Once the bbq had been started, we sent Austen off to go get water, leaving behind his downhill bike. Seeing as though we were good mates of his, we decided to "fix" his set up a bit....

"Fixing" Austen's bike
Austen did eventually realise we had changed his setup. Well, a flat tyre, a slow shock, and a fork that had no compression or bottom out resist was hard to miss.

"It's a party!"
While Riley, Sim and I were toiling away on the track, Austen decided it would be a good idea to paint his shoes gold. I don't know why, but he did. It's safe to say, we all got gassed out by the paint fumes.

He thinks he's a pimp
So, then a pump track was born. Rad sessions went late into the night, and then in to the next morning. Which was rad, until I faceplanted on this berm. True story. Now I get a berm named after me.

Stickers!

Well, there has been a delay with the tees, so they won't be up for sale any time soon, but stickers came in, and they look amazing on my new mob...

December news.

Today, the Forsaken team skipped boxing day sales and went for a lovely, chill ride at Northcote skatepark. We were met by a few mates, and spent the afternoon riding around and hiding from the rain.
I have been busy discussing the future of the company, and what sort of bikes we're aiming to put on the market for you guys to ride, so keep an ear out for news on that front in the coming months.
As a part of research, I have been trialling a few frames, and now have in my possession a Black Market Mob frame. I will be paying close attention to it's durability and general feel, and hopefully, will have an idea on how the new hardtail frames will look and feel. Pictures will be coming very soon, curtesy of Mori Tosaki.
And lastly, the tee shirts will be coming in on the 7th of January, and will be for sale soon after that date. I shall also be bringing a limited number along to the Maldon round of the Victorian state downhill series, and I'll be selling them and giving out stickers.

New tees.

So, I've finally got around to making the graphics for our tees, and after two very late nights solving problems and stuff, the tees are ready to print. They will be ready to buy in early January, and the proceeds will go toward the two prototype BMX frames being made up.

Here's the designs:
